Shipping and Handling

Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
All products will be sent via standard Royal Mail rates (see below).

The shipping cost shown at the checkout is the total cost (including postage and packaging).
Providing the goods are in stock and your order is received before noon we aim to dispatch the same day. Orders received after noon are sent the next working day, again provided all items are in stock.

In the event of an item being out of stock you will be informed of any delays via telephone or email. This information and other details regarding your orders can all be found by logging in to your account.
